The House of Charm was a ground up reconstruction of the original building in San Diego’s Balboa Park, first built in 1915 for the Panama-California Exposition and then declared unsafe in 1978. Our subcontract included installing the ornamental pre-cast features of the facades, installation of the new dome on the tower, all the metal framing, drywall, as well as the lath/plaster on the entire building and arcade to recreate the original appearance.
